Situs Funds was formed and is currently managed by Richard Blocker.  Richard wanted to create a variety of  Private Equity Funds  that could utilize his experience, contacts, and proprietary business processes and systems.

The Situs Family of Funds seeks to leverage private capital to build portfolios of Alternative Assets that can offer our investors diversification opportunities and capital preservation while still achieving above market ROIs.  Management can accomplish this by unearthing the best non-correlated asset classes.

Non-correlated assets are assets that tend to change in value independent of the core financial markets.  An alternative investment such as real estate is an example of an asset used in a non-correlated investment strategy to counter the price movements of the core financial markets. In other words, despite the volatility of the financial markets in general, investing in real estate may still yield positive returns.

Management has a keen ability to identify inefficiencies in a variety of markets and asset classes.  Management believes this will allow the different private equity funds under its umbrella the ability to exploit these inefficiencies for the benefit of  its investors.
