ABOUT PEACHSTATE EQUITY FUND, LLC

INTRODUCTION

PeachState Equity Fund, LLC (the “Fund”) is Georgia’s premier Alternative Asset Private Equity Fund.

The Fund is a Private Equity Limited Liability Company located in the State of Georgia.  It is managed by Richard Blocker through Situs Investment Group, Inc. DBA Situs Funds also a Georgia based Investment firm.  Peachstate Equity Fund, LLC raised capital under REG D Rule 506 Federal and State Exemptions.  The Fund was authorized to Raise up to $5,000,000.00 with a minimum investment of $45.000.00.  The Funds investors committed an average of  $180,000.00 each.

On August 31, 2012, the Fund ended its investment period, having achieved the funds goals.  The Fund’s focus is now managing its portfolio for maximum returns to its investors.

INVESTMENT FOCUS

For this particular Fund, management chose single family housing as its target Alternative Asset Class.  During the investment period, the Fund’s investment focus was to acquire, renovate and reposition single family assets into affordable rental housing throughout strategic micro-markets in the metro Atlanta area.
